2. ☎️ "Virtually check-in" for your appointment by calling our office @ 831-663-5667 once you have arrived and parked. 🚗 🚙 🚘 OR you may also enter the office and check-in at the front desk : )


3. We will also review a brief wellness questionnaire with each patient.
